The gist of Inheritance

The story brings forth instances of poor leadership and the consequences that are expected from this kind of leadership. Leader Lacuna Kasoo's is incompetent and has an insatiable desire for amassing wealth, as well as the corruption; all these make his subjects suffer. The coming in of Mrs. Sangoi is a welcome reprieve to offer alternative leadership which is ready to fight corruption and take into account the wants of the people. she represents the greater role that women can play in the leadership of a country.
