Ghost and the Fortune Hunters

Eavesdropping on a conversation between his mother and her friends, Kaboci - the Ghost Boy - gets to learn of the unwelcome reception he got from his parents when he was born with albinism. This broods a feeling of rejection in him and a desire to prove himself to the public. It also makes him assertive and very sensitive, attacking anyone who makes fun of him on many occasions.

The story revolves around the life of a teenage boy born with albinism and the challenges that come with it. It also reveals the desire among teenagers to be recognized and appreciated by the opposite sex, teenage competition for love and romance and the effects of this.

This story is a must-read for all teens. It captures issues that they would not only identify with but also learn from.
