We offer shipping across Kenya and internationally. Free shipping is available on orders over KSh. 4,000 within Kenya. Orders to Nairobi are delivered within 72 hours, while upcountry deliveries may take up to 5 days.

Express Delivery: Available within Nairobi for same-day delivery at a flat rate of KSh. 500 if your order is placed between 8:30 am and 4 pm (Monday to Friday).

Collect in Store: You can also choose to collect your order in-store, usually available within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) if placed by 3 pm, subject to stock availability.

Returns: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (24 hours for books). Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds and exchanges are subject to product verification.

eBooks (Virtual Products)
When you purchase an ebook from TBC, you'll receive a code to download it from our ebook partner, Snapplify. Once you've redeemed the code and linked it to your Snapplify account, you'll need to download the free Snapplify Reader app to access your ebooks. The app is compatible across a range of devices, including iOS, Android, Chrome OS, Windows, and macOS. You can use it on tablets, smartphones, desktop PCs, and Apple Macs.
