Felix Owaga Okatch. is a renowned scholar and author of several books on marketing management.

Bom in February 1954 at King George VI Hospital Nairobi, he is first born son to the late Peter Okatch (1925-1968) and Grace Okatch (1930-2008)

Felix started his early schooling at Nsambya in Kampala, later Nyawara primary school, and completed high schools at Sawagongo and Kisii for ‘O" and *A’ levels respectively.

He later joined the University of Nairobi and obtained B. Comm (Hons) degree.He holds an MBA and is currently pursuing PhD studies.

Presently he serves as Chairman of the Association of Professional Societies in East Africa (APSEA) and a council member at Karatina University.

In recognition of his distinguished and outstanding services rendered to the nation in various capacities and responsibilities, H.E. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, president of the Republic Kenya and Commander - in - Chief of the Defence Forces conferred
him with State Honours of, Elder of the Order of the Burning Spear (EBS) in December 2021.
