Taste of Fame
Rando adores pop music star Dee Zasta so much that he is ready to do anything to be like this celebrity. During a young musicians concert, Rando sings like Dee Zasta. The music star, who is present, is so impressed by the boy's performance that he suggests they do a collabo during the forthcoming concert for the distinguished musicians. In the week before the duo's performance, the fourteen-year boy is able to interact with his idol and to learn some unsavoury truths about fame.
A Taste of Fame takes us to the flashy world of celebrities. Disregarding his father's advice and insight, Rando on his own learns that having a role model and mentor is not enough: he needs to cultivate his own individuality and creativity. This book is not only a must read for those who love a well-told story, but also for the youth in search of values to live by.
